As a business owner, you might have a back-of-the-napkin vision for your company that involves setting your own hours, living anywhere in the world, and working in the mountains or by the beach. Or perhaps you have a brick and mortar business, and your dream is to have it run really well while you vacation 8-10 weeks a year.
Both of these visions are possible, I promise, but if you really want to turn your dream into reality, you need to plan ahead and create structure.
Yet, it often feels like there's no time for anything but putting out fires. And that's a circular cycle of staying stuck and small. They can include anything from the way your business processes customer payments to the way inventory is managed to the way customer service and client care is handled, and so on.
And systems are about much more than making things easier for yourself. They also make sure customers get consistent and reliable results every time they interact with your brand.
